Those Guilty of Crimes Against Women Denied State Jobs: CM Baghel

Raipur: On the occasion of India’s Independence Day, Bhupesh Baghel, the Chief Miner of Chhattisgarh, graced the Police Parade Ground in Raipur and raised the national flag. This was his time presiding over the Independence Day celebrations in the capital city.
The event held symbolism as CM Baghel utilized this platform to make important announcements for the welfare of the state. One noteworthy declaration focused on ensuring women’s safety prohibiting individuals convicted of crimes against women from obtaining government jobs. This step showcases the determination of the state to combat gender-based offences and safeguard women’s security and dignity.
Furthermore, CM Baghel expanded his vision to encompass support for the agriculture and labour sectors. He introduced measures aimed at benefiting farmers and workers in Chhattisgarh, emphasizing his government’s commitment to nurturing the backbone of the state’s economy.
Earlier in the day, before the ceremony at Police Parade Ground, CM Baghel initiated celebrations hoing the flag at his residence. He also took to media platforms to convey his Independence Day greetings while highlighting its significance with a sense of pride and honour.
In his message, he expressed his congratulations to the people capturing the spirit and hopes of the state on this significant day.
