What have you done in two-and-a-half years, BJP asks govt

Former Chief Minister Raman Singh on Monday demanded to know what Chhattisgarh’s Congress government has done since taking office two-and-a-half years ago.

The BJP’s attack came ahead of the government completing 30 months on June 17. In a tweet, Raman Singh asked the government about several what he described as unfulfilled promises by the Congress made in its election manifesto.

These, according to him, include non-fulfillment of a complete farm loan waiver, simultaneous MSP and two years’ bonus on paddy, prohibition, old age pension and loan waiver for self help groups.
