At one point, they can also be seen waving frantically towards the cockpit in an apparent effort to get the pilot’s attention and persuade the aircraft to stop.Passengers reportedly arrived too lateThe women had reportedly missed the boarding deadline for their flight. However, instead of accepting that the aircraft would leave without them, they allegedly managed to make their way onto the airport tarmac in a last-ditch attempt to catch the plane.The video shows them approaching a member of airport staff, who appears to use his radio to inform colleagues about the situation.Despite their efforts, the aircraft did not wait for them. The women were eventually escorted away from the area and reportedly had to make alternative travel arrangements.Footage of the episode later circulated on social media, leaving viewers stunned the passengers’ attempt to stop a departing aircraft.Watch the clip here:Women could reportedly face finesAccording to the Daily Mail report, the passengers could face fines of up to £45 under Russian law in connection with the incident. His effort also proved unsuccessful, with the aircraft taking off without him.The passenger was subsequently handed a fine of around £30 over the incident.
