Doctors, nurses like Angels: CM
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister BhupeshBaghel on Monday praised the dedication and efforts of mitanins and rural healthworkers battling Covid-19, calling them God-sent angels who are working tirelessly to savethe lives of people.
The Chief Minister spoke to the mitanins andrural health workers via video conferencing.He asked them about their health and well-being.
While addressing them, Baghel said the sig-nificant decline in the number of criticalCovid patients and speedy recovery of mildand moderately infected patients are theresult of “your hard work and perseverance.”Availability of hospitals, treatment, medi-cines, oxygen beds and ICUs has alsoimproved noticeably. Especially in Raipurand Bilaspur, the number of critical patientshas decreased, he said. The Chief Ministerfurther said that timely availability of Covidmedicine kits save the symptomatic patientsfrom the critical stage of the disease. He interacted with the mitanins and healthworkers from various villages in Sarguja,Balrampur, Surajpur, Kota of Bilaspur dis-tricts and Kartala of Korba district, Pendra,Mungeli of Gaurela-Pendra Marwahi district,Janjgir-Champa district, Baramkela andTamnaar block of Raigarh district.
